Upon arrival at the farm, please check in at the PYO gate located to the left of the flower stand and park as directed by our staff.

PYO WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing a Dahlia Shed Pick-Your-Own ticket, I acknowledge that I am entering and participating in activities on a working farm. I understand that farm conditions may include uneven or wet ground, holes, rocks, irrigation equipment, insects and bees, plants, farm equipment, weather conditions, and the use of flower snips or clippers.

I voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participating in the Dahlia Shed Pick-Your-Own experience and agree to follow all posted rules and instructions.

To the extent permitted by Rhode Island law, I agree to release and hold harmless Dahlia Shed, its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks associated with my voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party understand and follow PYO rules. Children must remain under the direct supervision of an accompanying adult at all times.
