Part-Time Farm Position
July through end of October

Job Overview

We are looking for team members focused on harvesting, bouquet making, and bunching flowers, as well as assisting customers in our Pick Your Own field.

This role involves working directly with flowers and customers, while maintaining the quality and standards we are known for.

Shifts available:

• 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Multiple days per week available.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual. We start working at scheduled time, not arriving at that time. Tardiness is not accepted.

• Positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a small team

• Strong attention to detail, especially when making bouquets and bunches

• Comfortable working with customers in a farm setting

• Willing to learn and follow our methods. We do not take shortcuts. Quality always comes first

• Ability to move efficiently while maintaining high standards

Important Expectations

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions

• Physical work including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Awareness of others when working in shared spaces like the barn and coolers

• Phones are not used during work hours. Please keep them in your car

• This is not a social media position
